2. Payment Terms
Payments for services such as admission consultation, visa processing, and training must be made in advance.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other approved digital payment methods.
Any transactional fees, bank charges, or taxes incurred due to payment processing will be borne by the user.
For card payments, additional bank charges may apply. UPI payments do not incur any extra charges.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information for admissions and visa processing.
Any false documentation or misrepresentation may lead to service cancellation without a refund.
You are responsible for checking visa and university requirements before proceeding with applications.
4. Service Modifications
Guide to Heights reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update services without prior notice.
The company is not liable for changes in government policies, university guidelines, or embassy rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
We act as an advisory and facilitation service. Final decisions on admissions, scholarships, and visas are taken by universities and embassies.
Guide to Heights shall not be liable for visa refusals, application rejections, or any financial losses due to third-party decisions.
6. Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Kochi, Kerala, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guide to Heights Private Limited has a transparent refund policy, ensuring that students and parents receive clear information before making payments. Refund policies vary based on the service availed.
1. Study Abroad Admission Services
Application Fee: Non-refundable after submission to the university.
Processing Fee: Refundable only if admission is not processed due to Guide to Heights' error.
University Tuition Fees: Refunds depend on the university’s policy. We do not process tuition fee refunds; students must contact the university directly.
2. Visa Processing Services
Consultation Fees: Non-refundable if consultation is completed.
3. Language Training & Test Preparation (IELTS/PTE)
Course Fee: Refundable only if requested before class start date.
Missed Classes: No refund for missed sessions, but rescheduling may be available based on instructor availability.
4. Skill Development & Pre-Departure Programs
Skill First Training: No refund once enrolled.
Pre-Departure Sessions: Refundable only if canceled by Guide to Heights.
5. Scholarship & Loan Assistance
Scholarship Assistance Fees: Non-refundable, as it covers processing and research. (As per university policies)
Loan Processing Support: Refundable if no loan applications are initiated.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Special Considerations
Refund requests must be emailed to support@guidetoheights.com with complete details.
All refunds are subject to approval by management.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once a service is booked, document verification will commence within 24-48 hours.

University Admissions: 4-8 weeks (depending on university processing time).
Visa Processing: As per embassy guidelines.
IELTS/PTE Training: Immediate access upon payment.
Pre-Departure & Skill Development Training: Schedule as per program availability.
3. Digital Access & Communication
All updates are shared via email, WhatsApp, and official communication channels.
Users must check their registered email for timely updates.
4. Visit Visa Assistance for Parents
Guide to Heights assists in arranging visit visas for parents/guardians of students.
Processing time varies based on the destination country and embassy workload.
