Please make sure you are in a quiet location, your microphone and headset are working, your internet connection is stable, and you have enough uninterrupted time to complete the full exam before you press Start. Starting a mock test without these in place will result in a wasted credit with no refund.

In the form, you will be asked whether you already have a G2H English Academy account. If you do, select Yes and provide your registered email so we can top up your existing account. If you are new, select No — we will create a fresh account for you.

Enter your full name, email address, and phone number. Please double-check your email address — this is where your login credentials and confirmation will be sent. Mock Test Credit Usage
Once you click Start on any mock test, that test is counted as 1 credit used. This applies even if you close the browser, lose internet, or do not complete the test. Once started, the credit cannot be restored, paused, or refunded under any circumstances.
Before starting any mock test, please ensure all of the following:
- You are using a computer or laptop — not a mobile phone or tablet
- Your internet connection is stable and reliable throughout the session
- Your microphone is working and positioned correctly
- You are wearing a headset
- You are in a quiet room with no interruptions
- You have enough time to complete the full exam in one sitting
Platform Access
Your plan is personal and non-transferable. Login credentials must not be shared with any other person. G2H English Academy reserves the right to suspend accounts where credentials are found to be shared.
Plan access begins from the date your account is activated by our team — not from the date of payment. Plan duration (30, 60, or 90 days) counts from the activation date.

Refund / Cancellation Policy — G2H English Academy
Thank you for purchasing a PTE practice plan from G2H English Academy. All products and services we offer come with a free trial. Given the nature of digital goods, it is very difficult for us to offer a refund or credit on a purchase. We strongly advise all students to use the free trial before making any payment.
Free Trial Options
- Subscription — we offer free AI-scored practice clicks so you can get comfortable with the AI scoring system before purchasing a subscription.
- Mock Tests — both full and sectional mock tests include one completely free, fully scored test so you can verify the AI scoring, check the question pattern, and confirm your system compatibility before buying.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
We understand that situations arise where a student needs to cancel. In such cases, a cancellation and refund may be possible subject to all of the following conditions being met:
- The cancellation request must be sent to info@guidetoheights.com or WhatsApp +91 73065 83820 strictly within 30 minutes of making the payment. Requests sent to any other contact will not be considered.
- Any request received after 30 minutes of payment will not be eligible for cancellation and no refund will be processed.
- Mock test purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once access has been granted, as access cannot be revoked once given.
- Mock tests unlocked using a code will not be refunded, provided the unlock code has not been used by the student or any other party.
- Once you start a mock test, it is counted as 1 credit used — even if not completed. No refund will be processed for started tests.
- Once a cancellation request is accepted and processed, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reach you.
- Refunds will be processed only for the amount received by G2H English Academy. We cannot guarantee the exact amount returned to your account, as third-party payment processors may deduct fees or commissions on refund transactions.
- G2H English Academy is not responsible for any additional fees incurred by the student during payment — including bank fees or international transaction charges — and these will not be included in the refund.
- Refunds will not be processed for missing out on active promotions or discounts.

- Our total liability to any student shall not exceed the amount paid by that student for their plan.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
