Every Guide to Heights family — whether from Dubai, Doha, or Dammam — consults directly with me. No call centre, no junior agent. I personally assess your child's profile, match it to the right UK university, and guide you through every step: admission, visa, pre-departure, and arrival.

15+ years guiding Gulf Malayali families into Australian, UK, New Zealand, and Irish universities.

Why Families Choose Guide to Heights

The Difference Between an Agency and an Advisor

Most education consultancies handle 50+ students per counsellor per month. We don't. You get personal attention and honest assessment.

Personal Director-Level Guidance

You consult with Abin, not a junior counsellor. No callbacks, no automated responses. Same person from application to arrival.

Gulf-Based Expertise

We're headquartered in Sharjah. We understand NRI financial documents, Gulf school certificates, and expat family dynamics.

End-to-End Support

Course selection → admission → visa filing → pre-departure sessions → airport pickup coordination → post-arrival support (24/7 emergency line).

Honest, Case-by-Case Assessment

We tell you if a course or university is the right fit. No shortcuts, no guarantees. Your child's success comes first.

Why UK Education?

A Parent's Perspective — Why the UK Matters

The UK is home to the world's oldest and most respected universities. For Gulf Malayali families, it offers something unique: shorter degree programmes (1-year Master's), post-study work rights (2-year Graduate visa), and a strong professional network spanning the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

Seven in ten international UK graduates report that their degree accelerated their career and earning potential globally.

1

November 2026 — Start Shortlisting & Applications

We assess your child's academic profile, career goals, and budget. Identify 4–6 suitable UK universities across tiers. Prepare application materials (SOP, references).

2

December 2026 — Receive Offers & CAS

Universities issue conditional or unconditional offers. Once accepted, you receive CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) — the official visa reference.

3

January 2027 — Visa Application & TB Screening

We prepare your visa application package. You attend TB screening at an approved clinic in UAE. Visa decision: typically 3 weeks from India/UAE.

4

February–March 2027 — Travel & Arrival

You receive your eVisa. We coordinate airport pickup, accommodation check-in, GP registration, and bank account opening. First-month 24/7 support included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions from Gulf Families

Applications should start now (July 2026). Most Russell Group and popular universities fill seats by September–October. Nursing and medical programmes fill even faster. We recommend submitting your child's applications by end of August to secure the best choices for January 2027 intake.
Approximately AED 130,000–270,000 per year (₹24–49 lakh) depending on the university and city. This includes tuition (AED 40,000–120,000), living costs (AED 70,000–120,000), and visa/insurance (AED 3,500–5,500). Universities outside London are significantly cheaper than London. We can prepare a personalised cost estimate in your consultation.
For degree-level courses, typically IELTS 6.0–6.5 overall (varies by course and university). Nursing and medical programmes often require 6.5–7.0. Some universities accept PTE or TOEFL as alternatives. We offer discounted IELTS and PTE vouchers and can guide your child on which test fits their profile best.
Yes. UK student visa allows 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during university holidays. This helps offset living costs and build UK work experience. After graduation, the Graduate visa allows unlimited work (any skill level) for 2 years post-degree.
Three things: (1) Personal guidance — you consult directly with Abin, our director, not a junior counsellor. (2) Gulf expertise — we understand NRI documents, Gulf school certificates, and expat family dynamics. (3) Honest assessment — we tell you if a course is right for your child, not just whether it's possible. Zero consultancy fees, end-to-end support.
Typically 3 weeks for a decision if you apply from outside the UK. You must apply with your CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) from the university. TB screening (mandatory for Indians/Pakistani passport holders) takes 2–4 weeks, so plan accordingly. Total timeline: application to arrival is usually 8–12 weeks.
